Eligibility for Refunds

  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt, order confirmation, or transaction record must be provided
  • Product Condition: Food items must be substantially unconsumed (more than 75% remaining) to qualify for a full refund
  • Valid Reason: Refund requests must be based on legitimate concerns such as quality issues, incorrect orders, or service problems
  • Location: Refunds can only be processed at the original location of purchase or through our customer service team

Refunds are processed at the discretion of management and must comply with local health department regulations.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Food items that have been substantially consumed (less than 25% remaining)
  • Custom catering orders canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time
  • Gift cards and promotional certificates
  • Items purchased with promotional codes, coupons, or during special offers (exchanges may be available)
  • Orders placed more than 24 hours ago (food items) or 7 days ago (catering)
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery/pickup
  • Special dietary modifications or customizations that were prepared as requested

Important Note

Even if an item is non-refundable, we may still offer exchanges or store credit as a gesture of goodwill.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  6. Await Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for refund approval and processing
  7. Receive Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the following methods and timeframes:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Cash Purchases: Immediate cash refund at the location of purchase
  • Digital Payments: 3-7 business days for PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Store Credit: Immediate issuance for future purchases (no expiration date)
  • Gift Cards: Cannot be refunded to cash, but can be exchanged for store credit

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment whenever possible. In cases where this is not feasible, store credit will be issued.

Processing Times

While we process refunds immediately on our end, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.

Exchanges

In many cases, we prefer to offer exchanges rather than refunds to ensure you receive a satisfactory meal:

  • Same-Day Exchanges: Incorrect orders can be exchanged immediately for the correct item
  • Quality Issues: Food quality concerns will result in a fresh replacement meal
  • Temperature Problems: Cold food will be replaced with fresh, hot items
  • Dietary Restrictions: Items that don't meet specified dietary needs can be exchanged
  • Size/Portion Issues: Incorrect sizes will be exchanged for the ordered size

Exchanges are processed immediately and do not require the same documentation as refunds. However, the original receipt is still required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective food items, special policies apply:

  • Immediate Replacement: Damaged items will be replaced immediately at no charge
  • Full Refund Available: If replacement is not acceptable, a full refund will be provided
  • No Return Required: For health and safety reasons, damaged food items need not be returned
  • Extended Timeframe: Reports of damaged items will be accepted up to 2 hours after purchase
  • Photo Documentation: Pictures of damaged items may be requested for quality control purposes
  • Additional Compensation: In cases of significant inconvenience, additional compensation may be provided
